- 500 gm Mushroom
- 750 gm Palak
- 20 gm Ginger
- 3-4 pieces Green chilli
- to taste Salt
- Sugar little bit
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2-3 pieces Red chilli whole
- 2 Bay leaves
- Some whole spices
- 2 Cardamom
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream
Steps to make to make Palak Mushroom
- Wash the mushroom in hot water and cut into the proper pieces and set aside.
- Boiled the Palak with salt and green chilli atlist 10-15 min.
- After boiling add ginger and blend the boiled Palak.
- Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, red chilli whole, bay leaves and some spices like cardamom, clove, cinemon and saute till the fragrent.
- Add Palak paste and saute. Add salt and sugar and saute.
- Add all the masala and saute. Cover and cook it 5 min.
- Then add mushrooms and mix it. Cover and cook it 6-7 min.
- Then add little bit of water and again cover and cook atlist 5 min.
- Add some fresh cream and serve hot with roti, bun, laccha paratha etc.
