2. Peel and slice potatoes. Wash again
3. Mix oil, basil,rosemary, thyme, half garlic...minced, salt & pepper in a 1 gallon ziplock baggie.
4. Add potato slices. Shake and saturate the potatoes.
5. Preheat oven to 450°
6. Place potatoes in a single layer on cookie sheets. Cook 5 minutes. Flip over and cook 5 more minutes.

8. In a large casserole dish mix potatoes and all remaining ingredients.
