- Add tomato puree and cook it for a minute and add salt and red chilli powder to taste,
- Add spinach puree,kasuri methi and cook for 4 minutes
- Add cream and mix well.
- Add cooked vegetables in prepared spinach puree.
- Add lemon juice,mix well with puree and vegetables.
- Serve topped by chilli oil and some cooked vegetables..
- Serve hot garnished by lemon slice and coriander leaf.
