- Secukupnya sirup tjampolai varian Pisang Susu

- Langkah membuat bubur sumsum : campurkan semua bahan, aduk rata hingga tidak ada adonan yang menggumpal. kemudian nyalakan api ukuran sedang, tambahkan daun pandan, aduk terus hingga adonan mengental. sisihkan dan dinginkan
- Langkah bahan kulit pisang : campurkan semua adonan ke dalam wadah lalu aduk hingga rata dan saring agar adonan halus dan tidak menggumpal. kemudian panaskan teflon dan tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan kemudian ratakan (seperti membuat pancake). lakukan hingga adonan habis. Tutup bahan kulit yang sudah dibuat dengan tissu agar bahan tidak cepat kering dan retak ketika digulung dengan pisang.
